// Van and Fleet Wrap Costs in Yorkshire: Prices, Discounts and On-Site Fitting

Matt black Pure Auto Design van wrap outside Wrapd Studios, Knaresborough.

Your vans are on the road every day, parked outside customers’ homes, sitting in traffic on the A61 and lined up on site. Branding them turns every journey into advertising. But if you’re running a few vans or a whole fleet, the questions come quickly. What does it cost, how do fleet discounts work, and can you keep the vans working while it’s done? Here’s how it works at Wrapd. All prices are +VAT.

Van and fleet branding prices

Coverage Starting price (+VAT)
Logos and decals From £250
Full printed wrap From £3,000
Design work From £150

Partial and half wraps sit between the two, depending on coverage. Every van is quoted on its size, shape and how much of it you want branded.

Fleet discounts

If you’re branding more than one vehicle, the price per van comes down:

Number of vans Fleet discount
2 to 4 10%
5 to 9 15%
10 or more 20%

As an illustration only: if a van were quoted at £3,000 +VAT, a 15% fleet discount would bring it to £2,550 +VAT. Your quote will set out the real figures for your vehicles.

Choosing the right level of coverage

Logos and decals

Ideal for new businesses, smaller budgets or companies that like a clean, simple look. Your name, logo, phone number and website on the doors and rear doors make a professional impression for a modest outlay.

Partial wraps

A partial wrap uses bold colour and graphics across part of the van, often the rear half or the lower panels, combined with the van’s own paint colour. It gives you plenty of impact without the cost of full coverage.

Full printed wraps

Full coverage gives you a complete canvas. It’s the strongest option for brand recognition, and it also protects the original paintwork from light scuffs while it’s on, which helps when vans are sold or returned at the end of a lease.

Design that works on the road

A van livery isn’t a flyer. People see it for a few seconds, often from a distance or while moving. Good fleet designs keep it simple: a clear logo, what you do, and one way to contact you, big enough to read from across the road. Our design service starts from £150 +VAT. We lay the artwork out for your exact vehicles, so it lines up across sliding doors, handles and panel gaps. If your fleet is a mix of sizes, we adapt one design to each model so every van looks part of the same family.

On-site fitting for fleets

Taking vans off the road costs money. For fleet work, we can come to you and fit at your depot or yard, so vehicles can be done in turn without long trips to the studio. On-site fitting is available for fleet work only. Single vehicles and private cars are fitted at our studio in Knaresborough.

Planning a fleet rollout

  • Agree one master design and approve proofs for each vehicle type.
  • Schedule in phases so only part of the fleet is off the road at any one time.
  • Keep the artwork on file so new vans added later match the rest of the fleet.
  • Think ahead about removal. A professionally removed wrap leaves the paint underneath ready for resale or lease return.

How to get an accurate fleet quote

The more we know up front, the more accurate your quote will be. When you get in touch, it helps to send:

  • The make, model and year of each vehicle, plus wheelbase and roof height for vans
  • How many vehicles you want branded now, and how many later
  • Your logo in its original or vector format, plus any brand colours
  • The level of coverage you have in mind: decals, partial or full
  • Where the vehicles are based, if you’d like on-site fitting
  • Any deadline, such as a new contract, a launch or new vans arriving

Motor trade and dealer partners

If you’re a dealer, bodyshop or other motor trade business sending us regular work, our trade partner programme gives you 15% off. Find out more on our trade partners page.

Branding vans across Harrogate, York and Leeds

We brand vehicles for trades and businesses across North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire, from single vans in Knaresborough and Harrogate to fleets working out of York and Leeds. Local branding works because your customers see you on their own street. A van parked outside a job in Harrogate is the best advert a local business can have. It keeps working after hours too, parked on a driveway in Knaresborough or outside a supplier in York, and you only pay for it once.
