Choose from gloss, satin, matt, chrome and textured finishes from brands including 3M, Avery, Hexis and Inozetek, and the paint underneath stays protected. Paint Protection Film
Stone chips on the A64 and A59, swirl marks and bird lime all take their toll on a front end. Paint protection film is a clear, self-healing layer that takes the hit so your paintwork doesn’t. We offer three packages: Full Front End from £1,200 +VAT, Track Pack from £1,500 +VAT and Full Coverage from £3,500 +VAT, plus bespoke coverage for unusual projects, and our PPF is backed by a warranty of 7 to 12 years, depending on the film you choose. Our detailing team can also carry out paint correction and a professionally cured ceramic coating.
Window tinting, fitted to UK law
Tinting adds privacy for whatever is on the back seat, cuts glare and helps keep the cabin cooler and protected from UV. We’ll keep you on the right side of the law: in the UK the windscreen must let at least 75% of light through and the front side windows at least 70%. Rear windows and the rear screen can go darker, so we’ll talk you through the shades that suit your car and how you use it.

How to find us from York
We’re at Unit 7 Marrtree Business Park, Grimbald Crag Close, Knaresborough HG5 8FA, on the eastern edge of Knaresborough.
- From York city centre and the west of the city: leave on the A59 (past Poppleton), cross the A1(M) at Junction 47 and continue towards Knaresborough.
- From the A64 and south or east York: take the A1237 outer ring road to the A59, or follow the A64 west to the A1(M) north and exit at Junction 47 for the A59.
- Either way it’s around 30 minutes from York, depending on traffic.
Because we’re on the York side of Knaresborough, you avoid Harrogate town traffic entirely. There’s parking on site, and Knaresborough’s viaduct and riverside are a pleasant way to pass an hour.

How long does PPF last?

Should I choose PPF, ceramic coating or both?

Can PPF go on a brand-new car before I’ve driven it much?
