PROTECTION & SELF HEALING PROPERTIES

PPF is a highly durable film that can withstand a lot of punishment. It can protect your car paint from a decent amount of damage varying from physical impacts like rock chips and scratches to chemicals like acid rain.

When self-healing PPF is scratched it will instantly heal itself leaving the surface defect free. However some of our films need to come into contact with heat, which will “heal” any dings or surface-level scratches if you wash it with warm water or leave your car out under the sun.

PPF is also stain resistant, meaning road grime, bird droppings, bugs or air pollution will never leave the film stained or yellow.

Longevity of PPF is realistically around 7 to 12 years depending on the type of film, driving conditions, wear and tear, and the method of care. All of our PPF installations come with 7-12 year warranty dependant on the film you choose.
